Well Michael Jackson did. He has (had) all the arcade classics, console setups like Dreamcast and PSX, tons of collectible typical arcade decoration and props including a Lara Croft statue, and even a personal soft serve ice cream machine.
If you want to ever see this amazing spectacle - check out the 360 degree image tour. Simple click and hold the mouse to look around. When you want to move elsewhere, click on the circle in the direction you want to go.
I highly suggest you check this out - you'll probably never see anything like it.

Pretty slick. I guess if I was rich enough to build theme park around my house I'd make an arcade too.
